Legal · Effective 15 JUNE 2026

The fine print, kept human.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of KEENL — our AI website builder, Site Credits, lifetime support and related services. We’ve written them in plain language because legalese helps no one. If anything is unclear, write to us and we’ll explain it personally.

01 · Lifetime

Host forever

One Site Credit covers a premium website hosted for as long as KEENL exists. No renewals. No surprises.

02 · Transferable

Yours to give

Credits can be gifted, traded or resold. The lifetime benefits travel with the credit, not the account.

03 · Never expires

Use it when ready

Buy today, build next year, launch in five. The clock doesn’t tick and the price won’t quietly climb.

04 · Fair use

Human support

Lifetime support covers small, occasional requests — not full rebuilds. The boundary is in Section 08.

Section 01

Agreement to these terms

By signing up for, accessing or using any KEENL service — including our AI website builder, Site Credits, lifetime support, design assistance or custom development — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy . Together they form the agreement between you and KEENL.

If you do not agree, please do not use KEENL. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, partnership or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity, in which case “you” refers to that entity.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements or business practices. The “Last updated” date above will always reflect the most recent revision. For material changes we will give you reasonable notice by email and in-product notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Section 02

Definitions

To keep this document readable, the following terms have specific meanings whenever they appear:

“KEENL” / “we” / “us” / “our”
The KEENL.com platform, the operating entity behind it, and the team that builds, hosts and supports it.
“Service”
The KEENL AI website builder, hosting, professional email, lifetime support and any related tools we provide.
“Site Credit”
A digital entitlement that, when redeemed, activates one premium lifetime website on the Service.
“Website”
A website built, hosted and maintained under a single Site Credit, including its associated domain and email.
“User” / “you” / “your”
The individual or legal entity using the Service, including any person authorised on your behalf.
“Lifetime”
The period during which KEENL continues to operate the Service. The Service is designed to be permanent, but the term is naturally bound by the operating life of KEENL itself.
Section 03

Our service

KEENL is a SaaS AI website builder designed for small and medium-sized businesses, professionals, freelancers and creators. It allows you to generate full-featured websites — not just landing pages — by entering business data and working alongside our AI assistant. Generated websites may include contact forms, appointment booking, shopping cart, blog, gallery, multilingual content and other common business modules.

Each Website created under a Site Credit includes:

  • Hosting on KEENL infrastructure for the lifetime of the Service.
  • A custom domain you connect or register through us, billed separately at cost.
  • A professional email address (for example contact@yourdomain.com ) configured on your domain.
  • Human support for small, fair-use edits (see Section 08).
  • Standard maintenance , including security patches, uptime monitoring and platform updates.

We may add, change or remove features over time as the platform evolves. Where a change is material and detrimental to you, we will provide reasonable notice.

Section 04

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract to use KEENL. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

When creating an account you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. Please notify us immediately at support@keenl.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing your account does not extinguish obligations that have already accrued, including payment of fees due for services already rendered.

Section 05

Site Credit terms

A Site Credit is the unit of value you purchase to activate a lifetime Website on KEENL. The following rules govern how Site Credits work:

In short

One Site Credit = one premium lifetime Website. Credits never expire, can be held indefinitely, and may be transferred, gifted or resold. Lifetime benefits stay attached to the Credit itself — not to your account.

5.1 Purchasing & holding

Site Credits may be purchased at the price displayed at the time of purchase. We may change the price of future Site Credits at any time, but the price you paid is locked in for the Credits you already own. Early buyers who later resell a Credit at a higher price may realise a gain; this is expected and accepted.

5.2 Redemption

You do not have to use a Site Credit immediately. You may buy Credits at the Early Bird price, hold them for as long as you like, and redeem them when you are ready to launch a new project — whether that is next week or five years from now.

5.3 Transferability

Site Credits are fully transferable. You may gift, trade, donate or resell a Credit to a friend, partner, client or third party. The lifetime benefits remain attached to the Credit, regardless of who owns the account holding it. A Credit that is resold after the original buyer has discontinued their use of KEENL still retains its full lifetime value — there is no loss to the seller.

5.4 Expiry

Site Credits never expire . There is no dormant-account fee, no annual charge for holding a Credit, and no forced redemption window.

5.5 One Credit, one Website

Each Site Credit entitles the holder to one (1) Website. To publish additional Websites, additional Site Credits are required. Domain, email and fair-use lifetime support are bundled with the Website that the Credit unlocks.

5.6 Lost, stolen or disputed Credits

If you believe a Site Credit has been transferred without your authorisation, contact us promptly. We will investigate, and where appropriate, reissue the Credit or freeze its redemption. KEENL is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

Section 06

Pricing, domains & add-ons

The current pricing for our core products is as follows. All prices are listed in USD and may vary slightly by region due to local taxes.

Item Price Notes
Site Credit (lifetime website) $119 USD one-time Lifetime hosting, email & fair-use support included.
Custom domain registration $11.90 USD / year Billed at cost by the accredited registrar. KEENL cover this fee for the first year.
Domain renewal $11.90 USD / year Auto-renews unless cancelled. Reminder sent 30 days before expiry.
Additional mailboxes Priced at checkout Optional add-on beyond the included address.
Premium templates & modules Priced at checkout Optional one-time add-ons to extend a Website.

Currency conversion, payment-processor fees and any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST are handled by your payment provider and/or local authority. KEENL is not responsible for exchange-rate differences between the time of purchase and the time your statement is settled.

Section 07

Phone-call promotion

If you joined KEENL through a scheduled phone call with our team, the following promotional terms apply to your first Site Credit only:

  • Free domain registration for the first year – KEENL covers the registrar’s fee on your behalf. Standard renewal pricing applies from year two onwards.
  • Free design support – our design team will produce up to three (3) distinct homepage design concepts for your review, at no upfront cost. You choose the direction you like best.
  • Iterative fine-tuning – we revise your chosen design based on your feedback until you are happy. You only pay for the Site Credit when you approve the result.

How the design offer works

Our team prepares three homepage directions based on your business, brand and goals. You review, pick a favourite, and we refine it together. You do not pay until you’re happy with the result. If we can’t get there after reasonable iterations, you walk away with no charge for the design work.

The phone-call promotion is non-transferable, applies to one Site Credit per customer, and cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Misrepresentation of promotion eligibility may result in reversal of discounts and suspension of the affected Website.

Section 08

Lifetime support & fair use

Human support is included for the lifetime of every Website published on KEENL. We are proud of this promise, and the vast majority of customers use this support exactly as intended: a few small requests a year, a quick copy tweak, a swap of an image, a header line change. To make the promise sustainable for everyone, we operate on a fair use basis.

8.1 What’s included (fair use)

  • Text edits, copy rewrites and typo fixes
  • Image swaps, asset replacement and basic image cropping
  • Layout adjustments, section reordering and small structural changes
  • Adding or removing a section, page or menu item
  • Basic on-page SEO suggestions and metadata updates
  • Email configuration help and DNS guidance
  • General advice on content, design direction and conversion

We expect the average business Website to need roughly a few dozen small requests per year at most . That is the design envelope of our lifetime support promise.

8.2 What’s not included

  • Full redesigns or wholesale theme changes
  • Custom feature development, complex logic or bespoke integrations
  • Ongoing content creation (writing copy, producing images, generating product descriptions)
  • Third-party platform management (CRM setup, ad campaign management, etc.)
  • Migration of an existing site from another provider with significant historical data

8.3 When fair use ends

If requests become frequent, complex, or resemble an ongoing development retainer, we will be honest with you. We will outline what is becoming custom development and offer a quote before continuing. We will not silently bill you, and we will not abandon you halfway through. Our aim is to make the boundary clear, fair, and predictable.

Fair use, in one line

KEENL is built for small businesses, not as a free development agency. If a request would normally be quoted as a paid job at a web agency, it is custom work here too. We will always tell you which category your request falls into before doing the work.

Section 09

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of KEENL. The following activities are explicitly prohibited:

  • Publishing or distributing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
  • Hosting, distributing or linking to malware, ransomware, phishing pages, scam pages, or any content designed to deceive or harm others.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email, spam, or messages in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and equivalent regulations).
  • Hosting adult or pornographic content, content depicting violence against persons or animals, or content promoting weapons, drugs or regulated goods without proper licensing.
  • Operating unlicensed gambling, betting, crypto-token sale or financial services that require regulatory authorisation.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents and trade secrets.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to KEENL systems, other users’ accounts, or any related infrastructure.
  • Using the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and to suspend or terminate any Website or account that breaches this policy. Where appropriate, we will report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

Section 10

Custom development work

For changes that fall outside fair-use support, KEENL offers a paid custom development service delivered by our in-house team at favourable rates compared to traditional agencies. The following terms apply:

  • Quoted in advance. We provide a written scope and price before any work begins. Nothing starts without your approval.
  • Time and materials, or fixed bid. We will recommend the most appropriate model for your project.
  • You own the deliverable. Once paid in full, you own the custom code, design assets and content produced for you under the engagement.
  • We may keep a reference. We may anonymise and reuse learnings, patterns and tooling internally to improve KEENL. We will not publicly showcase your project without your consent.
  • No exclusivity. Custom work does not prevent us from working with similar businesses or building similar features for other customers.
Section 11

Hosting, availability & data

Each Website is hosted on KEENL-managed infrastructure for its lifetime. We target a monthly uptime of 99.9% but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

We take regular backups of every Website. You may request a restore of your site to a recent backup state at any time, and we will action the request during business hours. Backups are retained on a rolling 30-day window by default.

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including text, images, brand assets, product data and customer data. KEENL acts as a custodian and processor of this data on your behalf. You may export your data in standard formats (HTML, JSON, CSV, ZIP) at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

We may migrate your Website to different infrastructure, regions or sub-processors to maintain, improve or scale the Service. We will provide reasonable notice of any material migration.

Section 12

Intellectual property

Your content. You retain all intellectual property rights in the content, brand assets, copy, images and data you upload to your Website. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and publish that content.

Our platform. KEENL retains all intellectual property rights in the platform itself, including the AI builder, templates, components, design system, source code, branding, trademarks and documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

Limited licence to us. You grant KEENL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, modify (solely as needed to render the Website) and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.

Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without obligation to you.

Section 13

Third-party services

To deliver the Service we rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Domain registrars for registering and managing your custom domain.
  • Payment processors for handling transactions, subscriptions and refunds securely.
  • Infrastructure providers for compute, storage, content delivery and email delivery.
  • Analytics and font providers that may be embedded in your Website for performance and typography.

These providers have their own terms and privacy practices. KEENL is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or legality of third-party services. Where a third-party service materially affects your Website, we will do our best to notify you and offer alternatives.

Section 14

Refunds & cancellation

14-day money-back guarantee

For every unused Site Credit, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to request a full refund. Once a Credit is redeemed to publish a Website, the 14-day window closes and the Credit becomes non-refundable – because at that point we have begun allocating hosting, email and human support resources to your project.

For phone-call promotion customers, the refund window is extended to cover the design phase: if you decide not to proceed after reviewing the design concepts, you pay nothing and the Site Credit is released back to you in full.

Domain registration and renewal fees follow the domain registrar’s refund policy. Because KEENL does not profit from domain fees, we cannot refund these costs on the registrar’s behalf once a domain has been registered.

You may cancel lifetime support at any time by writing to us. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the original Site Credit, but you may continue to use the underlying Website on a self-managed basis, or transfer the Website to another party.

Section 15

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate a Website or account if:

  • You materially breach these Terms, our Privacy Policy or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Payment for any fee (including domain renewal) fails and remains unresolved for more than 30 days.
  • We are required to do so by law, court order or competent regulatory authority.
  • Continued provision of the Service would create a security, legal or operational risk to KEENL or other users.

Where reasonably possible, we will give you advance written notice and a chance to cure the issue. In cases involving illegal activity, security risk or non-payment, suspension may be immediate.

On termination, you have 30 calendar days to export your content through the dashboard or by contacting support. After 30 days, residual data may be permanently deleted from our active systems. Backups are rotated on the standard schedule described in Section 11.

Section 16

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEENL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEENL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Where KEENL is found liable for any direct loss, our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you have paid KEENL for the Service in that same period (or USD $100 if greater).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Section 17

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

We will always try to resolve any dispute informally first. If you believe you have a claim against us, please write to support@keenl.com with a clear description of the issue. We will respond within 15 business days and work in good faith to reach a resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days of written notice, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, the language shall be English, and the tribunal shall consist of a single arbitrator. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms overrides those protections.

Section 18

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, applicable law, payment providers, infrastructure, or business practices. The most current version will always be posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top reflecting the most recent revision.

For material changes — for example, changes that affect your fees, lifetime support scope, or data rights — we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice by email and through an in-product notification. Non-material changes (such as clarifications, typo corrections, or contact details) may take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may stop using the Service before the effective date and request a refund in accordance with Section 14.

Section 19

How to reach us

The fastest way to reach a real human on the KEENL team is by email. We aim to respond to every legal, billing and support enquiry within two business days, and we read every message personally — no ticket-number black holes.

For all matters relating to these Terms, your account, billing, Site Credits, lifetime support or anything else:

If you require formal written notice under these Terms, please mark the subject line with “Legal notice” and we will route it to the right person on our team.
